PLASTIC INJECTION

ADVANTAGE

All-electric injection molding machine technology provides
·High repeatability and precision - electric units are digitally controlled and therefore the production process is predictable, and positioning accuracy is extremely high (of ± 0.0001 in)
·Faster and more efficient process because of ability to do parallel movements
·Shorter start-up times because of less components and fluids (oil) that need to warm up
·Typically higher injection speeds (up to 800 mm/sec) and even faster clamp motion

HIGH PRECISION

Strict control is carried out on four major factors including material selection, injection mold design, injection molding process, and operator’s technical level. Precision injection moulded parts require product dimensional accuracy within 0.01~0.001mm. The selection principle of precision molding materials for injection molded parts has high mechanical strength, good dimensional stability, good creep resistance, and a wide range of environmental adaptation. There are four commonly used materials:
1. POM and carbon fiber reinforced (CF) or glass reinforced (GF) ;
2. PA and glass fiber reinforced PA66;
3. PBT reinforced polyester, short molding time;
4. PC and GFPC.

CAPABILITY

Machine range is from micro injection molding to 800 tons injection molding machines (consist of horizontal & vertical machines)Heat-staking, ultrasonic welding, connector assembly and gasket-dispensing capabilities.

ROTARY VERTICAL INJECTION MOLDER

Vertical injection molders are used to create molded plastic pieces that are attached to or inserted in other materials. Think of a screwdriver; the plastic handle is molded around a metal shaft. Vertical injection molders feature a clamp which holds the mold from which the end product will be made, Rotary tables allow for complex parts to be formed and maximize production.
